1. Lost or Damaged During Shipping

If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, we offer a one-time replacement with the same or a similar-cost product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost items. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your claim.

2. Refunds Policy

We do not offer Refunds at this time. All Sales are final.

Warnings:

Burn candles within sight and away from flammable objects, children, and pets.

Never burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

Trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.

Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent heat damage.
